


CHART's Board of Directors is an all-volunteer group, donating their time to educate and reduce the financial burden for families with adopted children between the ages of 9 to 13 years old who suffer from major depressive disorders and mood disorders requiring RTC treatment.
As a mother of two adopted special needs children, Mulligan has worked as an advocate for children for nearly 20 years. She is the former News Director of KMGH-TV, Denver and helped to produce an Emmy award winning television program on PBS on the topic. Mulligan is president of Mulligan&Co. LLC, a public relations firm that specializes in representing inspirational people and products that will increase the quality of our lives.(more)

Mulligan is retired from a career as an assistant hospital administrator, vice president of a home health company, group practice coordinator and consultant. She developed CHART along with her daughter, Diane after Diane's son's bipolar diagnosis and his subsequent residential treatment care. (more)
Dixie van de Flier Davis, Ed.D. is the founder of the The Adoption Exchange and its subsidiary, the Wednesday’s Child Foundation. The Adoption Exchange has collaborated with public and private adoption placement agencies across the country to facilitate more than 6,000 adoptions of American special needs children. (more)
Suzanne Sell is Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Corporate Research for the Starz Entertainment premium movie service. Before joining Starz, she served as Vice President of Research and Media Planning at Crown Media International, which operated the Hallmark Channel in 110 countries around the world. (more)
Jack Penland is the owner of ComputerPIX, LLC, an Internet content creation company supplying web sites and material for a broad range of groups and individuals. Before starting ComputerPIX, he was News Director for ScienCentral News, supplying science video for broadcast and education. (more)
