A Note From Diane Mulligan

I started CHART after, like many of you reading this, I found myself in the heart-breaking and finance-straining position of having to put my adopted son in several residential treatment centers. I know you'll respect my privacy as I respect yours, but he is doing better now and I look forward to watching him grow into happy and productive adult.

But, for me, that wasn't enough.

There had to be a way to offer support, and some money, to others. My mother, a former medcial professional herself, and my source of strength through my children's problems, and I talked to others who we had met in the course of my children's care.

The result is CHART. It's a labor of love.

It's a hope that we can do some good, and a firm belief that we can help.
