A Wine Dinner to Benefit CHART
How does Coconut Shrimp go with an Estancia 2008 Riesling? How about pairing Black Pepper Filet with a Toasted Head 2005 Barrel Reserve Alexander Valley Cabernet?
HERE'S A TASTY ADVENTURE TO BENEFIT A CHILD!
Those were just two of the pairings offered for CHART’s 2011 “Wine & Wontons” fund raising dinner at Denver’s Rice Bistro.
The evening was a rousing success and started with a silent auction followed by two appetizers, five entries and, yum, two deserts!
The wine pairings were selected and provided by Steven Mason of Bacchus Wine Company.
