Education

This web site is our attempt to help you learn, not only about CHART, but about the RTC process, itself. We encourage you to explore the entire parents section. Some material may be long, and involves some legal language, but we feel it will be worth it.

Assistance in Evaluation

Through the COMPASS Eval™ you can, in concert with a medical professional, better understand the challenges your child faces and what strategies might best help your child.

Financial

CHART is here to provide financial assistance. As an all-volunteer non-profit, our main goal is to help families. CHART was started by people who have found themselves needing to place an adopted child in an RTC. Currently we can only help qualified families in Arizona and Colorado who have adopted children 9 to 13 years old with a major depressive disorder or mood disorder diagnosis.
